Three back-to-back
$12,000 months.
Two to three days a week.
Six licensed blokes. Me. Six months. I'm teaching you to run a fencing business the way I run mine — and I need your numbers as proof it works.
DM me CIRCLE on Instagram →Takes 15 minutes. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you straight and you've lost a smoko.
The truth about your year
You're not in business.
You're invoicing.
You did $140K last year. You paid tax on most of it. You finished in debt.
Every week starts at zero. The only lever you've got is more hours. You send an invoice every Friday and you're already working out where next week's money is coming from on Saturday morning.
You clocked off the tools at three. Then you started your second job at five — quoting, invoicing, chasing materials, chasing money. Nobody paid you for that one either.
You've had a couple of big jobs this year. A $38K one, maybe a $50K one. Those were supposed to fix the year. They didn't.
You're not being paid for the work. You're being paid for the hours. Those are different businesses.
At smoko
“Loving it, mate. Flat out.”
At 9pm on the couch
“I fucking hate this. I'm working my guts out. What do I have to show for it?”
You told one person the truth. A stranger on Instagram who was visibly living the alternative. And you sent him a message:
“Hey mate, I've been seeing your content and it's so inspiring. I'd love to learn more from you.”
That's why this page exists.
The outcome
Here's the whole promise.
Three back-to-back $12,000 months. Profit before tax. On two to three days a week.
Not one good month. Three in a row, so you know it's a system and not a fluke.
I'm not going to tell you you'll be a millionaire. I'm going to tell you what I know I can walk a bloke to. That's the whole thing.
Three months at $12K =
$36,000
profit before tax · in three months · on three days a week
Full year at that rate =
$105,000 in the bank.
If you've ever said you want to finish a year with $100K — that's the maths, right there.
Why it's cheap
I've got no client testimonials.
Not one.
This is the first group I've ever run. So I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
Here's the deal instead: you get me at my hungriest and my cheapest, and I get your numbers as proof.
That's the trade. You're not just buying six months of my time. You're the case study I use to sell the next one — which means I need you to win more than you need you to win.
Sharing your numbers is part of the deal, and it's the reason the price is what it is.
Worth noting
Group two won't be six blokes and it won't be $1,200.
How it works
Two phases.
First 30 days
FIRST JOB
Get in front before you're deep in
ABN and insurance sorted. Suppliers set up on trade pricing. Your quoting system built. Your first job priced properly and locked in.
One job in the first 30 days pays for the month. That's the point. You're in front before you're deep in.
Months 2–6
OFF THE HOURS
Stop selling your week
Enough jobs in the pipeline that you're not scrambling on a Sunday. Quoting fast enough that you're not doing it at 8pm. Building fast enough that a three-day job takes you one.
Three back-to-back $12K months, on two to three days a week.
Starts good. Gets better.
What you actually get
Six things. All of them matter.
The step-by-step system — day one, day two, week one.
So you know exactly what you're doing on Monday morning instead of guessing. No vague advice. A sequence.
My quoting system — cost basis plus 50, and the satellite method.
So you stop pricing your hours and start pricing the job. Quote off satellite from the ute, in minutes, without driving across town for a look.
The speed method — the hole spec, Rapid Set process, the build formula.
So a job that takes a chippie three days takes you one, and you keep the difference. Money loves speed. This is the part the blokes in my comments argue about, and they're the ones still doing six days a week.
A weekly group call.
So you're seeing five other blokes' real quotes and real numbers, not just mine. Bring a job you're not sure on and we'll price it live.
Group chat and direct access to me when you're stuck.
So you can send me a quote from the ute before you send it to the customer. Not weekly one-on-ones — better. When it matters, not when it's scheduled.
My supplier contacts, material calculator, CRM and AI tools.
So you're on trade pricing and running an actual business from week one, instead of doing your invoicing in a notes app for two years like everyone else.
The numbers
What a $12K month actually looks like.
Numbers below assume you're currently around $140K turnover, subbing at $70–$100 an hour, six or seven days a week.
| Now | A $12K month | |
|---|---|---|
| Money in from jobs | $11,600 | $29,176 |
| Materials | $0 (builder's) | −$14,588 |
| Gross profit | $11,600 | $14,588 |
| Running costs | −$3,400 | −$2,588 |
| Profit before tax | $8,200 | $12,000 |
| Tax set aside | −$1,900 | −$3,250 |
| In your bank | ~$6,350 | ~$8,750 |
| Per week | ~$1,470 | ~$2,020 |
| Days worked | 6–7 | 2–3 |
Look at the bottom two rows together, because that's the actual point.
An extra $550 a week is nice. Getting three or four days a week back is the thing you'll notice.
Risk
Worst case.
Say it all goes badly. Say you get one job in a month and it's a small one.
One 15-metre fence · one week
$1,500
That's your worst job in your worst month — and it still covers the fee.
The pay plan.
Founding price
$1,200
a month · six months
After month six it keeps going month to month for as long as you're getting value out of it. Cancel any time from there.
And if it's not for you after month one, you're out.
Tell me before your second payment and we shake hands. You've paid for the month you got, nothing hanging over you, no five months of payments you didn't want.
No asterisks. That's the whole deal.
Is this you?
Who this is for.
You're a licensed carpenter or landscaper.
Or you've got the experience and you're happy to get licensed through RPL — I used a company that does it and I'll point you at them.
You've had at least a year on the tools.
One year is genuinely enough. I'd never touched a tool three years ago.
You've got your own tools and a way to get to site.
That's the entry ticket. When I started I didn't have $7,200 in the bank. I had tools.
You're in or near a town of 60,000 people or more.
It works under that. I just can't promise you the same numbers.
You can look at a fence post that's 2mm out and let it go.
This trade pays for speed, not perfection. I say that with love.
Who this isn't for.
Blokes who want leads handed to them without changing how they price.
You'll win jobs, underprice them, and be busy and broke. That's worse than where you are now.
Perfectionists who won't run the method.
I'm not going to spend six months arguing about hole sizes with a man who's making less than me.
Anyone with no tools and no time on the tools.
You've got nothing to execute with and I'd be taking your money.
Anyone who won't share their numbers.
That's the trade. No numbers, no founding spot.
About me
Three years ago I was a support worker
who'd never picked up a tool.
First year, solo, in a town of 120,000:
$290K
turned over
$138K
taxable income
47
jobs. That's it.
And I turned away about 60% of the quotes that came in, because I only do timber and Colorbond and I couldn't be bothered with the rest.
I now work one to three days a week.
You've got fifteen years on me and I made more than you last year. That should annoy you — and then it should interest you. It's not because I'm better on the tools. I'm not. It's because I stopped selling hours before you did.
You've got more trade skill than I had. That was never the thing holding you back.
Get started
Three steps.
DM me the word CIRCLE.
We have a quick chat. 15 minutes.
Work out if this is actually a fit. If it's not, I'll tell you straight and you've lost a smoko.
If it is, we lock your spot and you start on day one.
Six spots. Starts 15 August.
Six blokes. Six months.
Let's go.
$1,200 a month. Month-one out if it's not for you.
DM me CIRCLE on Instagram →P.S. — The moment you're in, you get my full quoting templates and the satellite quoting method. Day two. Not month three.
That's the thing that took me the longest to work out and it's the thing that changes your money fastest. You'll have it before your first call.
